In an age where entrepreneurs begin with a business plan, Luigi’s Infused Oils began with a passion. Luigi was born into the kitchen, and still, the fondest of his memories remain there. For years, Luigi has been a connoisseur of delicious homegrown cuisine. The aromas of fresh pastas, vegetables, cured meats, and cheese fill the home of Luigi beginning at 6:00 am every Sunday morning. These are not your ordinary family meals. All of the ingredients are hand picked from Luigi’s garden and the taste is so delectable that Sundays can house upwards of 30 people at the dinner table each week. With Luigi’s love of cooking, came a passion of canning, jarring and bottling in an effort to enhance the taste and preserve the freshness of the ingredients. Luigi’s Infused Oils began with a small operation conducted for personal pleasure and enjoyment; yet as family, friends and specialty supermarkets experienced the taste, the its rapidly became a household name in the Hudson Valley. Luigi’s Infused Oils started with the robust flavor of Sun Dried Tomato Oil, but as the demand grew, so did the flavors, and Basil, Oregano & Garlic Infused Oils were added to the roster. The entirety of Luigi’s Infused Oil process is done by hand in Highland, NY. Nothing but the finest imported Italian Olive Oil and home grown ingredients are used.
